What We Collect
If you choose to save your session, we collect: your email address; your legal name, pseudonym, and citizenship; the legal names, pseudonyms, citizenship, and ownership splits of any co-authors you list; your answers to the 45 assessment questions, including any voice recordings or files you choose to upload; and your final score and certificate.
Why We Collect It
We collect this information solely to generate your certificate and to let you retrieve your session record later. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Co-Author Information
When you enter information about a co-author, you are representing to us that you have their permission to do so. We treat co-author data with the same protections as the primary creator's data.
Storage and Security
Session data is stored in a secured database. Records are insert-only from the public-facing app — once submitted, a session cannot be read back through the app interface, only retrieved via the confirmation we provide you. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@getveridem.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use only minimal technical cookies necessary for the app to function. We do not use cookies for cross-site ad tracking.
Changes
We may update this policy as MHAIX grows. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
